Get Outside NJ started as a way to help people find somewhere to go. It grew into a network of more than twenty New Jersey guide sites, and into the work we now do for other people: parks, trail groups, campgrounds and the businesses around them.
That means we already know what breaks. Seasonal hours go stale. Trail conditions change. Half the links in a two-year-old listing page are dead and nobody noticed. We design so those problems stay small, because on most of these sites there is exactly one person doing the upkeep.
